The CBA ItemBuilder has been and is being impemented in several studies.

Running assessments:

since 2017 (NEW)

  • Assessing reading literacy of adult refugees in Greece in Arabic and Dari within the context of OECD LL, delivery via notebooks (n = 1000)

since 2015/2016

  • (Large-scale) assessment to test students' accomplishment of basic compentencies in Switzerland (EDK Systemmonitoring, n = ca. 25.000, spring 2016, further assessments in 2017-2019)
  • Assessment with students to test the applicability of computerbased tests (currently coglabs with n < 10)
  • Assessment of motivational indicators by usig so-called wearables (SensoMot, n = )
  • Assessment with students to test multiple documents comprehension (MultiTex/Multiple Documents Literacyn = 300, winter 2016/2017)

  • Adaptive and behaviour related PISA assessment of ICT-skills (CavE-ICT-PISA, n = 1.000, Jue/July 2014)
  • Assessments in enterprises ( “Lifelong Learning Innovation Growth & Human Capital Tracks in Europe” (LLLight'in'Europe), (n = ca. 4.000, autumn 2012 - 2015). Plan: 50-60 successful enterprises from 15 EU countries as well as 4 competitors from non-EU countries (USA, Canada, Brazil, China); delivery on tablets with a notebook as mobile server
  • Mode Effect/Link study (National Educational Panel/NEPS) in preparation of transferring to computer based competency diagnosis (domains: reading, math, sciences, basic computer skills, n= 2.000, autumn 2013), delivery on laptops
